Actual Entertainment

Music. Experience. Impact.

Actual Entertainment produces live music events and manages artists in Nashville, and builds its events to give back.

What we do

Everything we do starts with live music.

  • Artist management

We book shows, recruit talent, and negotiate on behalf of the artists we represent, so they can focus on the music.

  • Live events

We produce ticketed shows and celebrations at Nashville venues from start to finish: the lineup, the run of show, production, and ticketing.

  • Events that give back

We build events around causes we care about and partner with charities, so a great night out also does some good.

Friends since grade school

Josh and Chris met in elementary school, ended up next-door neighbors in high school, then spent nearly thirty years on different paths. When they reconnected, they started Actual Entertainment to create the kind of nights they would want to be at themselves. Between them, they’re a rhythm section.
